When will I receive my download?
When you purchase an instant download printable, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. You will then receive a second email with the pdf download.
If for any reason you do not see this email, search “Laurent Collective” to see if it’s hidden in your inbox.
What size are the prints?
When purchased, you will receive an email with a link to download your art printables.
You can use one file to print multiple sizes. The files are sized to fit 20 standard frame sizes.
You will receive five files with your purchase that can fit into the following frame sizes:
What size are the cards?
Artwork is designed to print cards at 5x7 or A6 size (the card folds to this size). This size can be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper or A4 paper size and cut down to the card sizes on the trim lines.
The Valentine's Day card designs come include a sheet with six 2.75 x 3.75 inch smaller cards.
How do I print my download?
The printables are designed to print at 300 dpi, which is a standard resolution size. Note that the colors you see on the screen may be different on your print or where you get the artwork printed.
You can print at home or at your local printer. If using a local printer, you may need consent from the artist to print. This is included with your download.
We recommend these two printers. To print with these vendors, use the “print with vendor” files that you will see in your download.
How many can I print?
The downloads are for you to print on your printer and have for yourself or to give as a gift. Please read the terms in your download for how many you can print.
For artwork and greeting cards the purchase price includes up to three (3) prints/cards by you (who purchased this download).
For Christmas cards, you can print as many as you need but only for your personal use.
This digital download is ONLY available for personal use. No commercial use is allowed. No selling of this artwork is allowed. No digital distribution is allowed, such as passing on the file to others.
What kind of paper should I print on?
You can print on regular printer paper or use a cardstock to make it nicer. Cards print well on paper that is 250 gsm paper.

First, download the instructions file which will come to your email. You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. You will then receive a second email with the pdf instructions download.

ACCESS THE DESIGN IN TEMPLETT:
Your access link will be sent from Templett to the email address connected to your order. This should be sent within minutes of purchasing. Check your junk mail.
→ If you’ve purchased a Templett template before, just go to www.templett.com/design and log into your account.
WHAT CAN YOU EDIT?
→ Depending on the design you purchased, you can edit wording, font, color, size and placement.
→ You can upload your own image(s).
WHAT TYPES OF FILES CAN I DOWNLOAD?
→ PDF or JPG
→ The files can be downloaded with or without bleed and crop marks to suit your needs.
NOTE: The overall size of the file is not able to be edited.
HOW DO I PRINT THE CARD?
→ You can print at home if you have a decent printer.
→ You can upload your downloaded file(s) and follow the instructions for the printer you have selected.
