All orders are sent via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom. International buyers are fully responsible for all international custom/duties charges, taxes and fees. For any additional information about customs charges please refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to custom/duties fees.
If you require items by a certain date please email us immediately at laurentcollective@gmail.com after placing your online order with a date you need it by and we will make every effort to get it to you. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.
Shipping Packaging Details
All items will be sent carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and a heavy duty envelope (for prints) so that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Original paintings will be custom packaged to ensure safe delivery. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so should a piece arrive damaged, please email us a photo at laurentcollective@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to obtain a replacement or refund.
